Book a Consultation

Private, remote consultations are available for clients seeking individualized, high-level nutrition support for their companion.

Please select your consultation type and choose an available time.

All sessions are conducted remotely via Zoom, phone call, or text messaging.

All consultations are prepaid at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Once your consultation is scheduled:

• You will receive a detailed intake form

• Intake must be completed at least 48 hours prior to your appointment

• Your session will be confirmed upon receipt of intake
